We are continuously expanding our producer network. If you operate a tea farm or processing facility in Thai Nguyen, Lam Dong, Yen Bai or other Vietnamese tea regions, and you have export experience, register to receive RFQs that fit your grades. Buyers deal with you directly.

Who we are looking for
- At least 3 years of green tea processing experience
- Existing export track record (any country)
- At minimum HACCP / ISO 22000 / VietGAP certification
- Capacity for at least 5 metric tons per month
- Willingness to accept third-party inspection
How it works for suppliers
- Register with the form. Attach your company profile and certificates if you have them.
- We check your business registration, export history and stated certificates.
- When a buyer RFQ fits your grades, capacity and certifications, we introduce you by email, alongside at most 2 other suppliers.
- You send samples and quote directly to the buyer.

Supplier questions
What kind of RFQs will I receive?
Requests from international tea traders, blenders, private-label brands and beverage makers for bulk or packed green tea. Each RFQ states grade, origin, processing, certifications, packing, volume and Incoterm. You only receive RFQs that match what you registered.
How many suppliers receive the same RFQ?
At most 3. The buyer then contacts each supplier directly for samples and quotes, and the contract, payment and shipment are between you and the buyer.
Can I register if I do not export yet?
You can register, but buyers on this site expect an export track record. Without one, you are unlikely to be matched to large orders. Registration still helps us understand capacity in your region.
Do I need to write in English?
The form accepts Vietnamese or English. RFQs from buyers are in English, so someone on your team should be able to reply to buyers in English.
