What we collect

When you send an RFQ or a supplier or vendor registration, we receive the fields you fill in (name, email, company, country, product and commercial details) and any file you attach. Forms are delivered by email through FormSubmit. We also use Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare analytics to measure site traffic in aggregate.

How we use it

Buyer RFQs are used to find suitable suppliers and are shared with up to 3 matched Vietnamese suppliers so they can contact you. If you ticked the NDA box, we do not share detailed specifications until the NDA is in place. Supplier and vendor registrations are used to match you with relevant RFQs or factories.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Retention and your rights

We keep RFQ and registration emails for as long as they are useful for matching, and delete them on request. To access, correct or delete your information, email . We reply within 24 business hours.
